In this series I weave together a wide range of sources that vary from microscopic imagery, Rorschach patterns, tree structures, road maps, video games, Native American textile pattern, anatomy, engineered structures, and children’s educational games. Patterns of hair left in my shower may be incorporated in the work, morphing into a complex freeway network, the micro becoming the macro when put in a new context.
