These works, made at different points in time over the past few years, all deal with a sense of place. The first few express the moment that a sense of place, of mapping, systems and order explode all over a previously undefined space and disrupt a balance that has existed for millennia. Several of the other works describe the sense of being in multiple places at once through memory and association. The remaining works explore the presence of infrastructure on our environments and how those functional forms subtly affect the human psyche.
